Self Regulating (SR) Cable : : Click for Tech Specs
[ Self Regulating SR Cable ] Self regulating (SR) cable is specified for applications requiring heat output to vary with changes in temperature. SR increases heat output as temperature decreases, and conversely, decreases heat output as temperature increases. SR Cables consist of two parallel bus wires encased in a self regulating conductive core with a jacket and metallic overshield. Additional overjackets(s) can be also be ordered.

 • Continuous output along heated length
 • Cut-to-length and field terminate
 • Easily overlapped with no burnout
 • Hazardous location ratings

Constant Wattage (CW) Cable : : Click for Tech Specs
[ Constant Wattage CW Cable ] Cables consist of two parallel bus wires encased in a jacket with a wire heating element wrapped around the jacket and soldered to alternating bus wires. The wire and jacket are then encased in an insulating jacket. An additional copper braid and overjacket are placed on the CR cable and can be ordered on the PF & PT cable. Please review PDF files for electrical specifications, etc.

 • Continuous output along heated length
 • Cut-to-length and field terminate
 • No degradation
 • No inrush current reduces power feed requirements
 • High exposure and maintenance temperatures
 • Hazardous location ratings

Mineral Insulated (MI) Cable : : Click for Tech Specs
[ Mineral Insulated MI Cable ] Delta-Therm designs and manufactures mineral insulated heating cable systems which are flame proof, durable, cold resistant, gas tight, explosion proof, and fully grounded. Sheath options include copper, copper with HDPE overjacket, and Alloy 825 stainless steel. Some other reasons why this is the Best choice for freeze protection.

 • Continuous output along heated length
 • No degradation
 • Immersible
 • Corrosion resistant - *Alloy 825 sheath or HDPE overjacket
 • Numerous voltages available
 • Can be overlapped without burnout
 • Series circuitry eliminates voltage drop
